Overnight Custodian

The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Restock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products to ensure member convenience.
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager for prompt attention.
• Adhere to the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.

• Previous custodial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
• Ability to work third shift is mandatory.
• Honesty and a strong work ethic are necessary for success in this position.
• Ability to solve problems independently and effectively.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions with members and colleagues.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
