Overnight Custodian

The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Restock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products to ensure member convenience.
- Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager for prompt attention.
- Adhere to the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred, but not required.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
- Ability to work third shift is mandatory.
- Honesty and a strong work ethic are required for success in this position.
- Ability to solve problems independently and effectively.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions with members and colleagues.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
- Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
- May encounter toxic chemicals during cleaning tasks.
