Cardiac Telemetry Clinical Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at St. David's North Austin Medical Center. As a key member of our cardiac telemetry unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care in our cardiac telemetry unit. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
You will also be responsible for managing staff schedules, providing guidance and support to nursing staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
