Clinical Director and Dental Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
You will lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. You will assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism. You will conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions. You will offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients. You will provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency. You will maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with the operations team to attain financial objectives. You will mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals. You will keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development. You will network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school and be licensed to practice dentistry. You should also have excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with patients and team members, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. Additionally, you should have experience in leading a team and managing budgets, as well as being able to network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
