We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Allentown, PA.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to adult patients (18 years and older)
- Educate patients on preventative care and prescribed treatments
- Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient's care plan
- Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 1 year experience required
- Competitive salary range ($106,852 - $150,351.49/year)
- Incentive Plan Annual Bonus – up to 18% base salary
- Starting Bonus - $10,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)
- Retention Bonus - $10,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)
- Health Insurance – Employee $0-$30.81 biweekly
