We are a family-owned and operated janitorial and facilities company with over 25 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
Our ideal candidate is a hard-working individual who is comfortable working at multiple sites and is willing to be flexible.
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for completing routine, specialized, and emergency services at multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travels to job sites to complete services
- Performs routine maintenance tasks and emergency services such as window cleaning, flood restoration, and specialized floor care
- Secures work areas using appropriate safety procedures
- Follows all company and safety rules and regulations
- Ensures the cleanliness of the work site after a service has been completed
- Inspects equipment and ensures all supplies and equipment are available and in good working order
- Organizes supplies and vehicles at various locations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Recommended Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Some maintenance or floor care experience is preferred
- Highly organized and dependable
- Good eye for detail
- Flexible availability
