Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of medical equipment and supplies to patients in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional patient care and support, while ensuring the highest level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of medical equipment and supplies to patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide patient education and training on the safe and proper use of medical equipment
  • Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training of new patients
  • Conduct daily deliveries and adhere to assigned routes and time schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to all FDA protocols

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Patient Care Logistics Coordinator, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
