A Day in the Life of a Plumbing Customer Service Representative

As a Plumbing Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best customer service possible. Your day will be spent in an office environment, handling incoming client calls, assisting with plumbing needs, and dispatching service calls to field technicians.

You will schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, and maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You will keep clients updated and informed, and enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians.
