Lithography Engineer I
The selected candidate will engage in engineering tasks related to the photomask fabrication process. This role involves collaboration with operational teams to enhance manufacturing workflows. Key responsibilities include overseeing process inputs, equipment, and outputs while executing improvement strategies to optimize production efficiency (ensuring high utilization and minimal cycle time) and adhere to quality standards.
The candidate will work closely with operations, maintenance, and facilities teams to achieve these objectives. Responsibilities also include identifying and documenting best practices and standard operating procedures.
Maintenance Duties: Involves troubleshooting electromechanical systems and conducting preventative maintenance on lithography equipment.
Data Analysis: Analyze telemetry parameters and performance metrics, assisting in the formulation of plans aimed at enhancing yield and throughput.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field such as Chemistry or Physics is preferred; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor processes (wafer or photomask).
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), data management, and analytical techniques.
- Understanding of Quality systems (CP, FMEA, 8D, etc.).
Skills Required:
- Proficiency with Digital Volt Meters (DVM) and oscilloscopes.
- Knowledge of electromechanical schematics.
- Capability to work autonomously.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Aptitude for data analysis and action development.
- Experience in root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Technical writing proficiency.
- Ability to provide technical support and guidance.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Preferred skills in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming.
