We are seeking a highly skilled Pet Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the flow of clients and pets, ensuring excellent communication, and coordinating care in a welcoming and efficient manner. This position is crucial in influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families to our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote hospital services and manage the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.

* Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times, including educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and pet health needs.

* Assist incoming and outgoing clients, manage finances, and perform administrative tasks as necessary.

Key Capabilities
* Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly shift attention among multiple tasks under distracting conditions.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.

* Organizational skills, with a systematic approach to carrying out assignments and the ability to cut through confusion and turn chaos into order.

* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems and translate them into practical solutions.

* Excellent customer service skills, providing clients with attentive, courteous, and informative service at all times.
