Key Responsibilities

As a Community Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing maintenance activities across our communities. This includes completing work orders, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all facilities and systems are in good working order.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of experience in maintenance or construction, and a valid driver's license. You must also be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and climbing ladders.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
