- Experience in integrating and onboarding new applications within the SailPoint ecosystem
- Expertise in conducting access reviews, user access certification, and role management
- Understanding of audit requirements and compliance standards such as SOX, PCI, etc.
Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a SailPoint Support Specialist to join a prominent telecommunications client. This role will be part of the Global Technology Operations team, focusing on maintaining IAM SOX control execution, governance, compliance, and providing end-user assistance for all SailPoint-related inquiries, escalations, upgrades, modifications, or enhancements. The Specialist will support a significant number of internal stakeholders who utilize these systems and will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding of new systems, applications, servers, and databases in relation to SailPoint. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
