Job Title: Sailpoint IIQ Developer with Production Support

We are seeking an experienced Sailpoint IIQ Developer with strong production support skills to join our team at Syntricate Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and customize Sailpoint IIQ Identity and Access Management system
  • Experience in Access Request, Certification, Provisioning, User Life Cycle Management Processes, Workflows, and Role-based access control
  • Implement application onboarding, custom rules, forms, workflows, and configure various types of access certifications in IIQ
  • Experience with web services frameworks and related technologies such as Java, Spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, HTTP, AJAX, REST, SOAP, XML
  • Experience with large-scale databases and related technologies such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, Beanshell/Java Script programming
  • Strong experience in Upgrade/Patches of Sailpoint IIQ environment
  • Strong experience in Custom connectors development and implementation
  • Strong experience in Quick-links and custom reporting
  • Strong experience in integration with the Ticketing Tool eg: ServiceNow
  • Experience in dealing with customers directly and working in a global delivery model
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Experience in different types of application onboarding, customization, and troubleshooting problems on AD, JDBC, Webservice, SCIM, Delimited, etc.
  • Knowledge in different types of Rule Development
  • Experience in development of complex workflow issues and solutions
  • Good Exposure of LCM joiner, Mover and Leaver process
  • Knowledge of different types of Sailpoint Reporting
  • Knowledge of Quick Links and Corresponding workflows
  • Knowledge of Certification and Corresponding rule development
  • Knowledge of SQL Statement to pull data from IIQ tables as per business need
  • Knowledge if Powershell and Shell script to build utility outside Sailpoint
