As an Event Production Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences to our clients by providing top-notch customer service, installing event equipment, and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate company trucks to transport equipment and supplies to events
  • Install and dismantle event equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, games, decor, furniture, sound equipment, video equipment, lighting, and projection
  • Perform warehouse and organizational tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Clean and maintain company property, vehicles, and equipment
  • Prepare customer orders and process returns in a timely and efficient manner

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a can-do attitude, be willing to pitch in to ensure event success, and possess excellent communication skills. You should also have experience working with computers, valid driver's license, and own a licensed and insured vehicle for transportation to and from work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in general labor, physical work, or warehouse/production environments
  • Skills in loading and unloading trucks and trailers
  • Familiarity with driving large vehicles, box trucks, and towing trailers
  • Forklift and scissor lift experience, along with relevant certifications
