**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
- Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current license in Speech Therapy as required by state law
