Job Description

Job Title: Lead Civil Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Civil Engineer to join our team at WSP. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical design programs, facilitating client engagement sessions, and reinforcing internal design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design programs for infrastructure projects
  • Facilitate client engagement sessions to ensure effective communication
  • Reinforce internal design standards to ensure consistency and quality
  • Identify future contract opportunities to drive business growth
  • Partner with senior team members to grow technical expertise across the region

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field
  • 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and civil design
  • P.E. license required (multi-state preferred)
  • Highly proficient with civil engineering principles, practices, and processes
  • Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and program/construction management
