Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at ServiceMaster, a reputable company serving the St. Charles and St. Louis community for over 30 years.

This is a full-time, day-shift position that requires a high school degree or equivalent, with vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in construction and be proficient with industry hand and power tools.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site, consulting with team leaders and managers on construction plans, and adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Additional duties include fabricating and cutting wood components and framework, installing windows and door frames, repairing wood structures, and performing trim and finishing work.

Requirements include the ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds, as well as excellent communication skills and a flexible schedule.
