Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts.
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or 10 years of verifiable work experience.
  • Successfully pass background checks, including criminal history, employment verification, and reference checks.
  • Maintain a drug-free status and pass a drug screening (unless under documented medical treatment).
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for report writing.
  • Professional interaction with the public and emergency personnel.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Meet state licensing requirements for Security Officers, if applicable.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay rate is $15 per hour.

New Hire Bonuses:

  • $150 for full-time employees after 60 days.
  • $100 for part-time employees after 90 days.
