Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer

As a Unarmed Security Officer with U.S. Security Care, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and protection of client assets. This position requires a strong commitment to upholding local, state, and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform security operations and site-specific tasks in accordance with organizational policies and practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and organization members.
  • Execute basic security functions, including perimeter and interior patrols, loss prevention, monitoring CCTV systems, securing client property and assets, and standing posts.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide logistical support for the security of client assets.
  • Enforce operating procedures and site-specific instructions.
  • Set up and execute basic security functions, including perimeter and access control, identification procedures, securing assets/property, and post-standing duties.
  • Communicate and coordinate movement with clients, US Security staff, and US Security Care Management.
  • Observe and report any events that may impact operations.
  • Provide assistance to any position or post on a designated detail.
  • Prepare reports detailing incident findings.
  • Collaborate with other agents and agencies to exchange information and coordinate activities.
  • Monitor, note, report, and investigate suspicious persons and situations, safety hazards, and unusual or illegal activity in the detail area.
  • Communicate information and ideas effectively.
  • Perform duties as needed and directed by the Operations Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma.
  • No security experience required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to comprehend and utilize the English language, written and verbal.
  • Reliable means of communication (active email and cell phone).
