ECS Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Geotechnical Principal to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our Associate Principals, while also participating in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation (Geotechnical).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Associate Principals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Participate in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation (Geotechnical).
- Perform the following tasks at the office and regional levels:
- Office Level:
- Oversee technical projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to improve project outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Regional Level:
- Provide technical guidance and support to regional teams.
