Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our licensed clinicians to provide therapy services to individuals with communication disorders. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement therapy plans for individuals with communication disorders
  • Conduct standardized assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive services
Requirements
  • Previous experience in speech pathology or related fields
  • Familiarity with communication disorders
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Current SLP, SLPA, or RPE license

Compensation

$35.00 per hour

We provide therapy services in homes, clinic, online, and skilled nursing facilities. Our licensed clinicians provide services in Antelope Valley, Los Angeles, Bakersfield, and San Gabriel Valley.
