Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide home health visits to clients in designated territories. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide speech therapy services to clients in their homes, including evaluations, interventions, and education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and services provided
Requirements
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in NJ
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
