We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to join our team at Windemere (WNR). As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for directing nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Direct nursing care to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Nursing Supervisor, and Clinical Coordinator to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality of care is maintained.
- Current MA RN or LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Long Term/Geriatric Care experience preferred but not required.
- New Graduate Nurses will be considered on an individual basis.
