We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team at Sally Beauty Holdings in Denton, TX. This role involves creating engaging, persuasive content that sparks curiosity and guides our consumers as friends in beauty. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering on and evolving our brand voice, contributing to our creative marketing content strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience as a copywriter in the retail and/or beauty space. They should possess exceptional writing skills, including the ability to flex brand voice and tone for varied projects and channels. Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is also essential.
This hybrid role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on meeting tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with a keen enthusiasm for industry trends and pop culture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working in a MAC-based environment is required.
As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for writing clear, original copy for email, paid media, organic social, e-commerce, video, radio, direct mail, and retail signage. You will work closely with Creative Managers and Designers to ensure consistency in tone and style. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
