Job Summary

The Floor Supervisor will play a critical role in managing store operations, ensuring a positive and professional work environment, and driving sales growth. This individual will be responsible for supervising store staff, implementing company programs, and maintaining store appearance and inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Supervise store staff, manage store inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory and Merchandising: Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal store appearance.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, providing guidance and support to store staff, and participating in store meetings to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail management experience preferred, with a background in hardware retail an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Compensation:

$14 - $15 per hour
