Sr. SQA Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. SQA Engineer to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze technical design documents to understand product requirements
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and testing principles
  • Proficient in Python programming language and automated testing tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:
  • Work onsite in our QA lab and office
  • Must be willing to comply with workplace safety requirements related to COVID-19
  • Physical requirements: must be able to lift 30 pounds
