Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and provide treatment for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in medical records.

- Assist in diagnosing medical conditions, formulating care plans, and prescribing appropriate treatments.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in Georgia and certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized body.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Primary Care settings.
- American Heart Association BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS may be required in certain areas.
