Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in speech therapy. This role involves working in an outpatient setting, focusing on early intervention for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide itinerant services at locations preferred by patients.
  • Engage primarily in early intervention strategies.
  • Deliver community-based therapy.
  • Full-time position with hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Initial contract with the potential for direct hire.
  • Manage a caseload of up to six patients daily.
  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
  • Must hold a valid license in the state of Delaware.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
