Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to residents in a dynamic and supportive environment. Collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare teams, the RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet individual needs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
  • Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
