Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Licensed HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert service and repairs to our residential customers. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Learns and implements our proprietary One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
  • Accurately diagnoses problems with clients' HVAC systems
  • Effectively recommends service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
  • Performs service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
  • Optimizes profitability through effective time management and inventory control
  • Maintains a neat work area and inspects it for cleanliness after each job
  • Maintains company vehicle, ensuring it's always clean on both the inside and outside

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • A valid license to practice as an HVAC technician in the state of [insert state]
