We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at Imaging Associates Of Alaska. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of mammographic procedures according to clinical and national standards.
- Accurately complete records, daily quality assurance and improvement information, and meet regulatory standards.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Stock work areas daily and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and other team members to ensure seamless care.
- Proven experience in mammography or related field.
- Strong knowledge of radiologic equipment and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
