About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical equipment.

Requirements
