Job Summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our CRM team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM systems using .NET for backend processes and Angular or React for the frontend.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development using .NET (C#) technologies and experience working with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce. You will be responsible for implementing cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging its services to ensure scalability, security, and performance of CRM applications.

You will collaborate closely with CRM administrators and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that improve customer relationship management processes. Additionally, you will customize and extend CRM platforms to meet the needs of the business, optimize CRM workflows and data management to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency, and maintain code quality through best practices.

This is a 1 year+ W2 Contract with a rate of $50-60/hr. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, paid sick time leave, and more.
