Job Summary:

The Boston Beer Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate/Tour Guide to join our team at Dogfish Head Miami. As a key member of our Tour Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading educational tours, and managing the day-to-day operations of the gift shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage gift shop inventory, including receiving goods, quality control checks, and ensuring merchandise is well represented and stocked.
  • Provide strong customer service and create a positive shopping environment for brewery guests.
  • Conduct sales transactions for all guests within the Square POS system and maintain a productive store environment.
  • Support public, private, and VIP tours as requested, and assist with training of retail associates/tour guides.
  • Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the tour center and gift shop.
  • Assist with data entry and support various projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail or public speaking experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in an organized and detail-oriented manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment and under time constraints and deadlines.
