About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Wealth Manager to join our team at BOK Financial Corporation. As a Private Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial services to high-net-worth clients and businesses, including commercial and individual loans, deposit services, brokerage, investment management, trust, and insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan to identify and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Negotiate loan proposals with customers, analyzing and evaluating credit requests and underwriting loan commitments.
  • Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including loan renewals, financial statement analysis, and collateral valuations.
  • Manage deposit portfolios, fulfilling client requests and resolving account issues.
  • Serve as the relationship manager in delivering products and services across departmental and divisional lines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study.
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience in credit/banking or 6-8 years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of commercial and consumer lending practices and loan documentation.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations.
