The Opportunity

At Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, we are seeking a skilled Donation Xpress Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our donation center team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service while receiving donated treasures through the generosity of donors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional service to donors, ensuring a positive experience
  • Receive and sort donations in accordance with Goodwill's policies and procedures
  • Assist donors with lifting items in and out of their vehicles
  • Load GICF trucks with donated items as needed
  • Adhere to all safety and cleanliness standards
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. You will be required to stand or walk for long periods of time and have sufficient mobility to turn from side to side and the ability to lean and remove items from containers.
