The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support our Christmas programs and perform daily office administrative tasks. This seasonal position is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those in need during the holiday season.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with various Christmas initiatives, including Angel Tree, Coats for Kids, and the Christmas Kettle Campaign.
• Manage toy donations and interview clients for Christmas applications.
• Perform daily office tasks, including answering phones, filing, typing, and operating office equipment.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license and meet MVR requirements preferred.
Working Conditions
• Mostly sedentary work, sitting for long periods and working on a computer.
• Professional environment; not eligible for a remote-friendly work environment.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with colleagues, the public, and participants.
• Standard business hours with occasional evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Travel Requirements
May occasionally drive agency vehicle locally to support the mission if MVR check cleared.
Other Duties
