About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Transaction Specialist to join our team at Professional Search Group OC. As a Customer Transaction Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various banking transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and upsell bank products and services, building strong customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing bank roles is preferred, with knowledge of retail math concepts for handling cash transactions.
  • Familiarity with financial sales techniques is a plus, along with strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with basic understanding of loan processing procedures and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.
