Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Engineer to oversee engineering services for diverse energy infrastructure initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the engineering lead on projects related to power systems, lighting, and control systems
  • Engage in client-focused activities, including business development efforts
  • Guide and mentor junior engineering personnel
  • Draft specifications and calculations for electrical apparatus
  • Participate in startup, testing, and troubleshooting processes
  • Evaluate vendor documents and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory
  • California Electrical Professional Engineer license is essential
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the utility or energy sectors is required
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is necessary
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, and SKM is preferred
  • Experience with instrumentation and control systems is beneficial
  • A clean driving record is required
