- Verify medication milligrams, last day dosed, take outs received, phase level, and verify guest doses.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide health promotion, teaching, and training to family members as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent and graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Georgia.
- At least 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work in a home environment and provide care to infants, children, and adolescents.
