Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance, and more with assistance. Capable of pushing and pulling a loaded housekeeping cart over various surfaces. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects and maneuver through confined spaces. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
- Education: No high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior related work experience necessary.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- Certification: None needed.
