Plant Controller

King's Hawaiian is seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team. As a key member of the Finance and Accounting team, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the execution of accounting, financial, and analytical functions associated with end-to-end operations across our manufacturing facilities.

• Lead and manage accounting and finance functions associated with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement
• Develop and maintain process mapping to ensure the accuracy of financials in conjunction with cost accounting
• Partner with Logistics in inventory management and analysis as well as 3PL transactions, reporting, and controls
• Attend and participate in functional meetings with operations to provide financial perspective and analysis
• Lead period financial reviews of the business operations
• Provide financial and management reports
• Collaborate with Engineering to prepare, analyze, track, and shape capital project allocation
• Establish, maintain, and monitor accounting controls related to Operations and Cost Accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, with a background in managing accounting and finance functions, financial forecasting, modeling, planning, and managing financial statements
• Experience with SAP and OneStream is highly preferred
• High proficiency in Excel and presentation creation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
