About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Role model established customer experience practices, engage with all customers, and embody customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhere to all operational and merchandise standards, and participate in store recovery as needed.
  • Merchandising: Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy, and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
  • Operations: Accurately ring customer purchases/returns, count change back to customer, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, able to work a flexible schedule, and possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with peers and supervisors, capable of multi-tasking, and able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, and more.
