Occupational Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in Maryland, DC, or Virginia, as required.
  • American Heart Association's BLS certification.
