Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Two years' experience in occupational therapy preferred
  • Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice required
  • CPR or Basic Life Support certification required
