Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of nursing experience to fill this role.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infusion therapy and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, using appropriate medical equipment and following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in infusion therapy.
Requirements:
- Florida Registered Nurse License
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing care methods, and health and safety guidelines
