Luxury Vehicle Service Specialist

Position Overview:
Audi Hampton is in search of a talented and knowledgeable Luxury Vehicle Service Specialist to enhance our team.
In this Full Time role, which includes a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities, you will be tasked with the repair, maintenance, and servicing of pre-owned luxury automobiles from prestigious brands including Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Land Rover, and others. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and the capability to produce outstanding results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Full Time role offering a competitive salary and commission framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pre-owned luxury automobiles to pinpoint and diagnose any existing or potential issues
- Execute necessary repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership protocols
- Employ diagnostic instruments and tools to accurately identify and resolve problems
- Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors and fellow team members to ensure prompt completion of repairs
- Maintain meticulous records of all services and repairs conducted on vehicles
- Keep abreast of industry innovations and technological advancements through continuous training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- VA State Inspector certification is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 3 years of experience as a technician in the automotive sector
- ASE certifications are preferred
- Experience with luxury automotive brands is advantageous
- Strong proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship
