Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in applying coatings to concrete surfaces.
- Background in concrete polishing or repair is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Exceptional customer service abilities and a dedication to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
- Self-driven and responsible, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Install advanced coating solutions, ensuring thorough and effective application processes.
- Apply base coats, flakes, and topcoats with precision and care.
- Maintain high standards of quality while working on client sites.
- Prepare surfaces adequately to guarantee proper adhesion of coatings.
- Report any challenges encountered during installations to management promptly.
- Deliver exemplary customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.
- Follow established safety and conduct protocols on job sites.
- Document work accurately, including before and after photos, using our operational systems.
