Lead Emergency Observation Unit Medical Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advance Practice Provider to lead our Emergency Observation Unit. As Lead APP, you will provide exceptional patient care, oversee unit operations, and contribute to the development of our team.
About the Role:
- Provide primary care to patients in the ED Observation Unit
- Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients
- Conduct patient interviews, collect diagnostic data, and perform physical examinations
- Document patient care in medical records
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Stay up-to-date with divisional policies and hospital regulations
Requirements:
- Advanced Nursing or Physician Assistant degree and licensure (PA or NP)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in emergency medicine or observation medicine
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
