We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our team of technicians and provide exceptional customer service. As a key member of our Bridgestone Americas team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supervising technicians, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level, oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team, and ensure high teammate retention.
- Customer Service: Serve all automotive service needs of customers, develop customer satisfaction and retention, and maintain compliance with quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and other operational aspects of the service department.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 4 years of auto service technical experience and 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
- Skills: Problem-solving, customer communication, leadership, and inventory management skills.
- Certifications: Valid automotive driver's license and completion of all required Firestone Complete Auto Care store education courses & modules.
